China supply · US distribution

We're new.
The process isn't.

Haven Bridge connects Chinese manufacturers with American distributors. The company started in 2026 and has no logo wall to show you. What it does have is a method we can describe line by line — and a founder who answers his own email.

One business day for a first reply, in English or 中文. No NDA required to ask a question, no obligation to go further.

The obvious question

Why work with a company that has no track record?

Because most of what gets called a track record in this industry is a slide deck. Here is what we can offer instead.

01

Nothing to protect

Established traders say no to small first orders because the margin doesn't move their year. We take them, because a first order that goes exactly as described is the only marketing we can afford. You are not competing for our attention with a client ten times your size.

02

Every step is described before it happens

The assessment, the quote, the sample, the inspection, the entry, the delivery — each has a defined output and a stated turnaround. If a step slips, you hear it from us before you notice it yourself.

03

Small enough to be accountable

One person owns your file from the first email to the last container. There is no account manager to hand you off to, and no one else to blame when something goes wrong — including us.

Two directions, one bridge

We work both sides of the ocean.

Same process, same paperwork, two very different clients. Being explicit about which side you're on is the fastest way to a useful answer.

Side A — China

Factories and industrial belts

You make the product and want American resellers rather than one-off Amazon sellers. We handle the English-side work: buyer conversations, packaging and label compliance, US entity and importer of record, warehousing, reorders.

Side B — United States

Distributors and regional resellers

You need a supplier you can hold to a spec, a factory that has actually been visited, and a landed cost you can price against. We source, audit, negotiate in Mandarin, and send photos and measurements rather than assurances.

What we do

Four stages. One operator.

Take all four, or plug us in at the stage where your current setup breaks down.

01 — Sourcing & vetting

Find the factory, then prove it

Supplier shortlist from the relevant industrial belt, business licence and export record checked, factory visited in person with photos, sample compared against the spec sheet before any money moves.

02 — Private label & spec

Make the box say what it must

Bilingual spec sheet, packaging and label review against US requirements (FTC labelling, FCC and FDA where they apply), artwork proofing, and a pre-production sample held on file as the reference unit.

Private label detail →

03 — Import & customs

Get it into the country legally

HTS classification with our reasoning written out, CBP entry filed through a licensed broker, continuous bond arranged, ISF on time, and the duty maths shown before you commit to a quantity.

Customs detail →

04 — US distribution

Get it onto shelves, not just into a warehouse

Wholesale outreach to regional distributors and independent retail, B2B order handling, pick-pack for direct accounts, and a reorder rhythm that keeps stock ahead of the sell-through rather than behind it.

How a first order runs

From an email to a delivered pallet.

Step 01

Ask

You send a product, a quantity and a target price. We come back within three business days with a written assessment: what we'd need to check, what could go wrong, and whether it's worth doing at all.

Step 02

Spec & factory

We shortlist factories, visit, and send photos with measurements. You get a comparison table, not a recommendation with no alternatives behind it.

Step 03

Sample

A physical sample ships to you before the bulk order. You approve it in writing; that unit becomes the reference for every inspection after.

Step 04

First shipment

Small volume, LCL or air, full cost breakdown in front of you. Once the numbers hold, we scale to a container and set a reorder rhythm.

Honest boundaries

What we don't do.

Saying no early is cheaper for both of us than discovering it at the port.

  • We don't file customs entries ourselves. Entries go through a licensed customs broker we work with; your name and bond stay yours.
  • We don't give legal or tax advice. Structure questions go to your attorney or CPA — we'll explain the operational consequence, not the legal one.
  • We don't ship prohibited goods. Fireworks, weapons, most lithium cells above UN38.3 limits, live animals, anything on a CBP or OFAC list.
  • We don't sell exclusivity before it's earned. Territory conversations happen after a first order ships, not in the first call.
  • We don't take consignments under 30 cartons. The fixed cost per shipment makes it uneconomic for you.

A note from the founder

You will not see a wall of client logos here.

This company is at the beginning. I could fill this page with borrowed screenshots and stock photos of containers, and you would have no way to tell whether any of it was true — which is exactly why I'm not doing it.

What I can do is answer precisely. Ask what our process is for a product like yours, how a landed cost is built, what happens when a container is held, and you'll get a specific answer or an honest "I don't know yet, here's how I'd find out."

Judge that. It's a better signal than a logo.
